Air flotation process and water flow mode of dissolved gas system

The dissolved gas system is a key part of the whole air-floating process when it is used. The quality of the fine bubbles generated by the gas-tolerant system directly affects the air-floating effect. The dissolved gas equipment is a dissolved gas tank, under a pressure of 3 to 5 kg/cm2. , dissolve the air in water. After the pressurized water passes through the releaser, the dissolved water is released by the depletion, and the water will release excess air so that small bubbles are naturally formed when passing through the liquid, and the bubbles are very small, and its diameter is about 5-20 microns.


The diameter of the dissolved gas tank is between 300 mm and 800 mm. The air enters the special air pulverizing device in the dissolved gas tank through the intake pipe, and is fully mixed with the return water. The pressure of the dissolved gas tank can be controlled at about 3.8 Bar. There is no need for on-site monitoring by the operator, and the equipment can run smoothly on its own. There is no need to adjust the level adjustment and no automatic control is required. In order to achieve automatic control, it is only necessary to control the switches of the air compressor and the return water pump.


The dissolved gas system can be divided into three types: a flat flow dissolved air flotation machine, an upflow dissolved air flotation machine, and a comprehensive dissolved air flotation machine according to different water flow modes. Among them, the flat-flow dissolved air flotation machine is a kind of solid-liquid separation equipment commonly used in the sewage treatment industry, which can effectively remove suspended solids, oils and gels in sewage, and belongs to the main equipment for pre-treatment of sewage.
